As ASAŞ, we serve in many different sectors such as construction, automotive, rail systems, commercial vehicles, energy, packaging, consumer products, and marine. We produce finished and semi-finished products that our customers need in their projects as well as products under our own brand by enriching our know-how in the field of production with design and Product Development studies. Aluminium architectural systems (door, window and curtain wall systems), aluminium composite panel, PVC door and window systems, aluminium design products (aluminium flag and lighting poles, aluminium furnitures), roller shutter systems, garage doors and motor control systems are the product groups that we sell under our own brand.
ASAŞ provides services for its clients at its Aluminium Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminium Flat Rolled Product, PVC Profile and Roller Shutter production facilities which are located in a total of 923.000 m² area, of which 300.000 m² is enclosed, in Akyazı and Karapürçek complex. In 2018, in order to serve our customers more closely and to enhance activities on our technological value-added products, As a subsidiary of ASAŞ, with ASAŞ GmbH we provide service in a closed are of 72.793m² in Koblenz, neighboring Germany’s Neuwied district, as a logistics and service center.
Production
ASAŞ Aluminium composite panels have had a worldwide reputation, thanks to its quality in visual works in building construction, aesthetic appearance and flexibility, strength and ease of application ever since its foundation in 2006. Composite panel production facility provides services with an annual production capacity of 7.000.000 m² (End of 2017: 10.000.000m²) aluminium composite panel in its very efficient 4 lines.
It also makes a difference by offering alternative solutions to end users cleanable, stainless surface options, wooden pattern and high-quality, 20-Year Guaranteed PVDF painted surface options. With a wide range of products, it provides its clients significant benefits that include all aesthetic, physical and mechanical properties in world standards for interior and exterior building facades.
With a wide range of different dimensions and colors; conventional, low-intensity aluminium composite panels with polyethylene filling, and fire-resistant aluminium composite panels with aluminium hydroxide filling are produced in the facility which is equipped by advanced technology.
All products are tested by quality engineers at the state-of-the-art laboratories, and presented to clients in accordance with international quality standards.
